I've been going to Dee for the last number of years with any niggles or injuries I've picked up along the way. Mountain running can be very demanding on the body. I find the shock wave therapy brilliant especially for any kind of tendinopathy or persistent injury that just doesn't seem to be healing on its own. Dee is great for advising how to get back training safely and how to rehab correctly. She understands what it takes to get me back on the trails. Really good set up at the clinic and easy to get to with plenty of free parking outside which is a massive plus
